Angel was the first horse I ever owned.

She was an Appaloosa mare, though she had no spots. She did have a striped hoof.

She lived up to her name and was the best horse to have as a first horse. Honest, dependable, loveable and gentle.

She was purchased in 1980, I think. I know it was during high school and definitely before my senior year...

I sold her to Stacy H., who was supposed to let me know if she ever sold her. She didn't. 

I have no idea what happened to Angel.

Sorry for the horrendous picture quality. It was only one of two I could easily lay my hands on at this time. They were on my refrigerator!
