Peter Huxford, Sr., and his wife, Sarah, departed this life about the month of June, 1851, and lies by the side of Ransom south of the east end of the building of the old St. Stephens Parish Church. Louisa rests at their feet. Cynthia died of consumption at about fifteen years of age, contracted at about eight years of age from whooping cough." Source 1. |
